Makefast Ltd would like to congratulate our valued boat-builder customer from Poland, Galeon, on their winning of the 2018 Innovative On-board Design Solution award at the Marine Equipment Trade Show in Amsterdam.

This award, sponsored by Fusion, recognises boat builders that have developed a specific design feature that transforms their end-users’ on-board experience. The most important criteria is looking for innovative ways in finding solutions to improve the customer experience and enjoyment of their product.

Galeon won this award for their 640 Fly and 650 Skydeck models, shortlisted for their execution of the opening front middle panel of the screen and wheelhouse apron, seamlessly integrating the interior with the sleek foredeck layout. Both of these models use the Makefast Ltd sliding door solution.
